Like always, I love creative titles xD
ITS A WILD XENOBLADE CHRONICLES FANART!!!! *dumb pokemon reference is dumb*
Yeah, I also didn't see that one coming. I think I should explain a bit at this point... (Anybody who is not interested in the following rant why I do XB fanart all of a sudden, skip the next two paragraphs xD)
First of all, I am such a hipster because I knew the game waaay BEFORE ssb4, duuuuuuuh~
I am just now experiencing a new hype, because a month ago or so I ACCIDENTALLY deleted my save data from my first run of the game. 160 hours of gameplay GONE! Kiiiinda could've killed myself back then.
I still had save data from my second (imported) run though, where I saved just before the mechonis core event, but didn't do any sidequests at ALL. So I was still at level 97 (ehehehe), and I also didn't have to redo most of the story, but there were still about 500 quests for me to do. Soooo, I spent some time with the game again lately, and of course, fanart had to be done!
Anyway, I absolutely LOVE Xenoblade Chronicles, I think it's one of the absolute BEST wii games EVER and it is one of the best examples on how you don't need the most amazing graphic engine (right, Nintendo? xD) to create a BEAUTIFUL world *____*
Other reasons why I love the game:
- story & characters
- soundtrack (itssobeautifullistentoitrightnao)
- the simple SCALE of the world
- the various kinds of landscapes and places you can visit
- the variety of enemies and quests
- the effort which was put into most of the quest's stories, it really makes the game feel like a living world
- everything else
Also, it's great that it's gaining more popularity due to Smash 4 now, but I hope that, now that they make a 3ds version of it, more people will actually play the game, so the famousness won't be reduced to things like "I'M REALLY FEELING IT" and the like xDDD
